T-PACK GROUP sp. z o.o. informs that pursuant to Article 24 (1) of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Personal Data Protection (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2014, item 1182) is the administrator of your personal data provided through our website, by filling in and sending contact forms or enquiries in the form of a telephone call or in person.

Your data will be processed by T-PACK GROUP sp. z o.o. in order to contact you , answer your inquiries and to prepare an offer for you. We process your personal data only to realize the above mentioned aims. We collect only the information you voluntarily provide us. The data provided in the form are processed for the purpose of the function of a particular form, e.g. in order to contact you.

We guarantee that we will never sell or share your personal data to a third party. However, we may be required to disclose information about our users by operation of law or as a consequence of enforceable orders from the government body.
